Shipping, returns, terms

Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped by us from our space at Heimdalsgade in Copenhagen. We aim to dispatch within a few business days of receiving your order.

Carrier, delivery time and shipping cost depend on where you are and what you've ordered. You'll see the options and exact cost at checkout before you pay.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, write to us at fm@tyfc.co and we'll look into it.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Just let us know within those 14 days by writing to fm@tyfc.co, then send the item back to us within 14 days of that notice.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. You're welcome to inspect an item as you would in a shop, but if it shows signs of use beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend using a tracked service. Once we've received the item (or documentation that you've sent it), we'll refund you via your original payment method, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty, you're covered by the standard two-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Write to us at fm@tyfc.co with a photo and a short description, and we'll sort out a repair, replacement or refund. In that case we'll also cover the return shipping.

Event tickets

Tickets for our events are usually sold through Resident Advisor, and their terms and conditions apply to those purchases. Please note that tickets for events on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, so ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.

Prices and payment. All prices include Danish VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Your payment is captured when your order ships.

Content. All text, images, artwork, sound and design on this site belong to TYFC ApS or our collaborators. Please don't reproduce or redistribute it commercially without asking us first.

Liability. We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available. Product images may differ slightly from the actual item.

Complaints. If something goes wrong and we can't resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Danish Center for Klageløsning (Center for Complaint Resolution), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Danish law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
